We tried PMtool, an extremely great Groupware/Project Management Tool. We got this requirement from a Tunneling and Trenchless Technology company providing services to construction companies. They required a simple and flexible Project Management tool to manage various officers working at different client sites. We tested many open source tools and found PMtool.
We also installed a test/demo copy of PMtool on Linux4india.com . The demo can be found at:

Hi,
apart from PMtool, we used PHPprojekt as open source groupware tool. It is again a great stuff.
